Freedom Safety was built by people who’ve worked the trenches, decks, and high-risk sites — not consultants who’ve only read about them. That’s the difference you feel from the first conversation.
We started Freedom Safety because too many growing contractors were stuck: big enough to need real safety leadership, too lean to staff a full department. They were left choosing between an expensive full-time hire and crossing their fingers. Neither protects your people or your business.
So we built the third option — a full safety department you can plug in at a fraction of the cost.
