1. Services
Freedom Safety provides professional safety support and consulting services, which may include fractional safety management, on-site safety support, safety training programs, and assistance with third-party compliance platforms. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for any engagement will be defined in a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work between you and Freedom Safety. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed agreement will control.

However, we do not guarantee any specific result, regulatory outcome, audit score, contractor qualification, certification, or approval by any regulatory agency, client, or third-party compliance platform.
Compliance with workplace safety laws and regulations is ultimately the responsibility of the client and its management. Our services are advisory in nature and do not transfer or assume any of the client’s legal, regulatory, or statutory obligations. The client remains solely responsible for implementing recommendations, maintaining a safe workplace, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
